With over 25 years of legal experience practicing in commercial, criminal, family, property and estate litigation, Carlo has built a wealth of knowledge and strong connections with his clients and many professionals in the legal industry. Carlo’s clients come from all walks of life and include major top tier Australian Corporations, many businesses and individuals. Carlo has acted and presently acts in both State and Federal jurisdictions stemming from the Magistrates Courts up to the Courts of Appeal. 

As well as heading a very busy wills, probate and estate practice, Carlo also oversees Prime Settlements, the settlement and conveyancing section of the practice which has assisted many thousands of clients in the purchase, sale and transfer of real property over his many years in practice.

His extensive knowledge of the legal landscape, combined with his passion for justice, makes him a respected and well-regarded figure in the Western Australian legal community.

With over a decade of experience at the firm, Danique has cultivated strong, lasting relationships with both her colleagues and clients, becoming a trusted and respected figure in her field. Her deep understanding of the legal landscape, combined with her approachable and personable nature, allows her to offer comprehensive advice that is clear and easy to understand. Danique takes pride in ensuring her clients are fully informed of their legal position, breaking down complex matters into straightforward terms so they feel confident and empowered throughout the process. Dominic is a long-standing member of the team having worked for the firm for over a decade. On his admission to practice in Western Australia, Dominic gained experience in a wide variety of legal practice areas including commercial law and litigation, criminal law, estate and inheritance law, trusts and family law.  During the past 10 years he has practised primarily as a family lawyer.  Dominic became a Law Society Accredited Family Law Specialist in 2021.

Dominic appreciates that separation or divorce is emotionally and financially stressful for people. Dominic’s goal with every client is to provide advice and representation that is realistic, cost effective and solutions focussed. He has a wealth of experience as a family lawyer and has acted for clients in matters ranging from the most straightforward consent matters to complex parenting and financial cases.  

Dominic always aims to assist clients in achieving a negotiated outcome to their legal disputes and thereby avoiding court proceedings which are expensive and highly stressful. Where agreement cannot be reached between parties to a dispute, Dominic has a wealth of experience in effectively representing his clients in contested court proceedings. 

In addition to family law, Dominic acts for clients in estate matters including in Family Provision Act claims.

Sarah began her journey with the firm in 2016 as receptionist, and within just a year, her dedication and skill led to a swift promotion to Senior Legal & Conveyancing Assistant. Over the years, she has developed a deep understanding of the conveyancing industry and the firm’s operations.
